A video capturing the president passionately kissing Florez onstage has gone viral, sparking massive reactions.

The 53-year-old president joined Florez, wearing a shiny gold leotard with matching gloves, up on stage after the performance of her musical 'Fatima 100%'.

Milei, who arrived at night, reportedly purchased tickets for the concert from his personal funds, according to local news outlet Clarin.

Milei made an impromptu speech on stage before engaging in a lengthy kiss with Florez.

The president told the audience that difficult times were ahead for Argentina but that the country must move forward.

This public display of affection is not the first for the couple, as they were previously seen sharing a kiss on live television after the conclusion of the presidential election in November.

President Milei was accompanied at the theatre by his sister Kareena and his security chief.

Separately, Uganda's president Yoweri Museveni, declared he cannot publicly partake in lovey-dovey issues.

Speaking at a function, the head of state said he cannot kiss his wife in the public glare.

He suggested such acts deprive an African man of his native identity.

According to him, he would not have won the presidential elections were he to show affection to his wife publicly.

"If I kissed my wife in public, I would lose all the elections in Uganda. Because Africans don't show what is private in public. If you want to kiss, you know where the address for kissing is," he said.
