Socialite Amber Ray has praised her man, Kennedy Rapudo, for being romantic.

Their date comes after rumours that they were back together after their separation.

In mid-October, Amber took to social media to disclose that she was suffering in private, accusing Rapudo of being toxic.

Rapudo took to his Insta Stories to confirm the split, admitting to assaulting his baby mama. The father of three said he regretted his actions and apologised to Amber.

Amber shared a video showing a romantic set-up at an apartment and thanked Rapudo for going all out to make her happy.

In a video shared by the mother of two, she and her fiance, who was carrying flowers, opened the door to an apartment, and near the entrance were rose petals in a heart shape on the floor with candles lit around it.

"Welcome home," Rapudo told Amber.

More roses were sprinkled on the floor leading to the bedroom. On the bed, there was an 'I love you' message made with roses on top of a white bed cover.

Perplexed, Amber could not believe her eyes, and she said:

"This is beautiful."

Rapudo bragged about doing the decorations by himself before serving Amber ugali and Sukuma Wiki. The lovebirds enjoyed the meal as they gushed over each other.

"Mnapikiangwa ama niwache...date night #luolove," Amber wrote.
