"The family of Zainab Hamisi has made a distress call to the government of Kenya through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office to bring back their kin from Saudi Arabia," part of the Facebook post read.

Mother seeks reunion with daughter

The post noted that Hamisi was not only suffering at the cruel hands of her employer in the foreign country but was also locked in her room.

Hamisi's mother shared pictures of her daughter as she begged for help for the release of their suffering kin.

The mum looked discouraged and heartbroken as she requested assistance to reunite with her daughter.
