She became active in the entertainment industry in 1915 and is best known for the silent film adaptation of Hector Malot's novel, En famille. She later appeared in Monsieur Hector, Bolero, and Devil in the Flesh in the 1940s. She was acting clear into the 1970s and appeared in a French television series called Les Rois Maudits.
