DJ Mo Discloses They Have 3 House Helps, One Specifically Teaches Kids: "Akona Hadi Diploma"

• DJ Mo recalled Size 8 visiting him at his Githurai 44 house when they were dating and doing house chores for him
• He said when they met, he did not have money, and he credited the singer for pushing him to be a successful person
• Mo also revealed that he and his wife have three house helps, and one specifically teaches the kids and takes care of them

Renowned mixmaster DJ Mo has opened up about his marriage with gospel singer Size 8, and he took people down memory lane of how they met.

How Size 8 won over DJ Mo

Mo disclosed that he was broke when he met the musician, but despite her being at the top of the secular entertainment scenes then, he was determined to win her heart.

In an interview with Oga Obinna, the father of two disclosed that his friend Anto Neosoul was the reason he and Size 8 started talking after confiding in him about crushing on her, and him telling the gospel minister.

He also revealed that when he met Pale Pale hitmaker, she was living in a penthouse in South B, and he was living in Githurai 44, but she would visit and do house chores for him.

"Alikuwa anakuja, anaruka hio mtaro iko home, anaosha vyombo, anafanya vitu na siz yake, nikirudi napata food wamewacha hapo, nikaskia roho yangu inachemka bana, na unajua ni nani anafanya hivyo, she was a big star, kiburi ameshusha, nguo nilikuwa napack napeleka kwake zinafuliwa, (She would come, cross the ditches at home, do the dishes and do things with her sister, when I get back home, I would find food they left. I felt my heart burning and you know she was big, she had humbled herself. I would pack my clothes and take them to her house to be washed)," he said.

Mo also revealed that he won over Size 8's heart by being the friend she would call when she was down and encouraging and praying with her.

As for having riches, Mo revealed that he and his wife have three house helps, each with specific tasks they are mandated to do.

"We have three house helps. Kuna wa house chores, kuna wa watoto, ni teacher na ni wao specifically. Our house help ako mpaka na diploma, ni mwalimu. Ni mwalimu wao lakini bado ni house help. Hafanyi kitu nyingine. Na kuna wa kuja daily, (There is one for house chores and one specifically for the kids, who is also their teacher, she does not do anything, and there is one who comes daily)," he added.

Mo on Size 8 turning him down

Mo once shared that his wife, Size 8, refused him the first time he tried asking her out, but he never gave up on chasing her.

"I fell in love first, then I chased after her and she turned me down and I came back and survived as other men do. But I was the one who chased after her," he said.

The gospel singer, on the other hand, said Mo sacrificed his birthday to take her out on a first date and added that he is creative in giving better gifts than she does.
