Karen Nyamu Reacts To Claims She's Chasing Samidoh Instead Of 'Gold': "I Already Have"

• That didn't go well with the nominated senator, who savagely responded to the fan, saying she was after the singer's cassava and not gold

Karen Nyamu has savagely clapped back at a fan who tried to troll her about her relationship with Samidoh Muchoki.

Nyamu shared a photo of world record holder Faith Kipyegon congratulating her for winning a gold medal at the women's 1500m race at the ongoing World Athletics Championships in Budapest.

"The G.O.A.T! First gold for Kenya in Budapest championships," she wrote.

Commenting in the post, a female fan claimed while other women were busy chasing gold, the nominated senator was busy chasing Samidoh for his cassava

"People are chasing gold, halafu kuna wewe chasing cassava ya Thamweli see your life."

Nyamu savagely responded to the fan and jokingly said she already had gold and only wanted something else.

"My 'gold' I already have. Cassava ndio sikuwa nayo (is what I didn't have)."

The vocal politician's response left fans in stitches, and she hilariously told the troll she chewed more than she could bite.

Nyamu goes on date with Samidoh

The nominated senator went on a date with Samidoh on August 22 and shared a short video on her Insta Stories holding hands.

The lovebirds held hands tightly as the nominated senator showed off her popping nail polish, and the Mugithi star flaunted his black watch, which he has been spotted rocking several of late.

Samidoh and Nyamu no longer hide they are in love, and since May, when the singer's first wife 'relocated' to the US, the two have been spending most of their time together.

Rumours have been circulating that Nyamu is pregnant with Samidoh's sixth child, and in responding to the pregnancy rumours she said people will find out with time.
