Kenyan Woman Claims Hubby Lied He Was Going To Hospital But Never Returned:" I Really Cried"

When Evelyn Oduori's husband left their home, saying he was going for treatment at the hospital, she didn't know that would be the last time she would see him.

Speaking to TV47, Oduori said:

"I called him so many times and until he finally blocked me. He had married to another woman and that is why he was giving me a hard time in the house; he was showing me that he was only with me physically but not emotionally ," she explained.

"After numerous calls, texts messages and missed calls from the time he said he was going to the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret, he finally told me people break up all the time, sit done and keep quiet. I really cried; it was the hardest period in my life," added Oduori.

Oduori in denial

Oduori said she had a very good support system that stood by her and ensured she was on her feet.

"When he left I said it is better to remain with God since all the best things are with God. I kept telling God that you are the God that gives people peace, give it to me," said Oduori of her healing journey.

"I asked my mum and friends very many questions; I was in denial wondering if the person who made me go through so many things can leave," she continued.

Oduori revealed that her life changed for the better, and she healed from the draining occurrence.

The once-devoted wife has never remarried, but she insists that she is still in the market for new love and waiting on God for direction.

Elsewhere, a 39-year-old woman was devastated after her husband of 16 years suddenly sent her back to her parents without any explanation,

The woman said her husband sent her away and moved in with their landlady so he could enjoy a rent-free life.
