“I will sell my daughter's face, but I must be paid KSh 50 million. That is when you will see her," he told bloggers.

Why face reveal should be free

Ogonda expressed strong disapproval of Omondi's decision.

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, he noted that a child is a precious gift from God and should not be used as a means of financial gain.

"It's unethical. The child came freely as a gift from God," he stated.

The outspoken youthful politician argued that exploiting the innocence of the baby for monetary purposes is both inappropriate and goes against the child's sacred nature.

"The child is innocent and sacred. She should not be used for financial gain. He wants to misuse the innocence of the little baby," he added.

Thee Pluto reveals daughter's face without demand

Separately, YouTuber Thee Pluto and his lover Felicity Shiru recently unveiled their daughter Zoe's face for the first time.

The couple welcomed their first child together in November 2022 but hid her face.

On Friday, July 7, the YouTuber disclosed how hard it was not to show her face.

"Sometimes, we would go out, and I would have to cover her face completely so she could not be seen. We need to reveal her face so the pressure can reduce.”

Felicity shared similar sentiments, saying they sometimes had to leave Zoe at home.

She further expressed gratitude for the far the little girl had come.

“Raising a child to reach eight months old is a blessing.”
