Baby found dumped by dogs turns 7

In a similar story, years ago, a pack of at least 10 stray dogs eerily staring at a strange bundle, wagging their tails and growling strangely attracted passersby to a roadside thicket in Eldoret.

The passersby were astonished to see a newly born baby wrapped in a shawl surrounded by the dogs, which immediately retreated after the people began to mill around the abandoned child.

“The baby was unharmed and was not even crying. It was not known how long she had been there but her age was estimated to be less than two weeks,” Bishop Wilson Kurui of Jesus Love Ministry narrated to TUKO.co.ke.

This was what he was told by a group of people who picked up the baby girl and rushed her to a children’s home under Kurui’s custody.
