Good Samaritan offers Melez place to work

Known to many as Melez Dottie. Dorothy's incredible journey to redemption caught the attention of many after being featured on TUKO.co.ke, which led to her being interviewed further.

She struggled to make ends meet and could not afford a suitable location to expand her small business.

However, after her story was shared on TUKO.co.ke and she appeared on Radio Citizen for an interview, Dorothy's life took a remarkable turn.

A compassionate individual, who preferred to remain anonymous, came forward to offer her a place to work.

Melez becomes a become of hope

The space, though not large, was an opportunity for Dorothy to expand her business and continue on her journey of transformation.

According to Dorothy, the Good Samaritan's act of kindness did not end there.

This incredible gesture of support and belief in Dorothy's potential has not only given her hope but has also inspired many others.

Through her testimony and newfound success, Dorothy has become a beacon of hope for those facing challenging circumstances.

She shared that after her story reached more people, she received numerous phone calls from individuals who were on the verge of giving up on life.

Melez expresses gratitude

Her testimony touched their hearts and encouraged them to persevere through their challenges.

Notably, most of the callers were women who were facing difficult circumstances and contemplating engaging in activities they would rather not pursue, such as prostitution.

However, Dorothy's story reminded them that there is always a chance for transformation and that giving up is not the solution.

With the generous support of the Good Samaritan and the encouragement from her testimony, Dorothy is now preparing to move into her new space and start her hotel business.

She expressed her excitement and gratitude for the opportunity, stating that she will begin serving customers next week, starting on Monday.

Philanthrophist gives good samaritan car

Chicago philanthropist Early Walker, founder of the 'I'm Telling, Don't Shoot' organisation, surprised the Good Samaritan who saved a man's life who fell on CTA tracks with a car.

A video went viral earlier this week that showed the Good Samaritan, 20-year-old Anthony Perry, saving the life of a man who fell on the CTA train tracks during a fight.

The incident took place in June 2022, at the 69th Street Red Line station in the Greater Grand Crossing neighbourhood, Fox 7 reported.

"Anthony thought of the victim and not necessarily himself in this quick decision to save the victim’s life," said Early Walker.
