What did Ruto do on his farm?

"President William Samoei Ruto interacted with his herd in Kilgoris, Narok County, earlier today before church," Itumbi said.

In his post, the state house-linked blogger also detailed the president has already launched a revolutionary Leather Value Chain.

"The President has already approved a revolutionary Leather Value Chain plan that will reverse how we treat our hides and skin and introduce a value-addition plan," he said adding school children will be among the first beneficiaries.

William Ruto inspects Koilel farm

This came a few days after the president inspected his large Koilel farm, five months after preparing the land for the planting season.

The president inspected his farm to witness the fruits of his labour as he spent this year's Easter weekend priming the land for planting.

He even flaunted the towering maize plans nourished by subsidized fertiliser.

Is Ruto's maize ready for harvesting?

According to pictures shared on Monday, August 14, by blogger Dennis Itumbi, the head of state was in full farm mode as he wore gumboots to check on his succulent maize crops, which are now ready for harvesting.

"Easter, President @WilliamsRuto was preparing his farm like most farmers. Today, he took time at the same Koilel Farm, Uasin Gishu, preparing for a bumper harvest. Investing in Production, not consumption subsidy. How are things kwa shamba?" Itumbi said on Twitter.

On Easter weekend, Ruto spent time with his farm workers and participated in farming activities.
