In a heartfelt message, the artiste conveyed that he had received a divine call from God Himself, urging him to change his musical career towards gospel music.

"Praise the Lord, Ladies and Gentlemen, It's my pleasure to inform you that I received a call from the almighty Father to serve him which I can't deny. For that reason, I am no longer in Secular music. However much I am going to disappoint my clients, fans and friends, I have no option. The almighty has spoken and I just have to honour his command," Odhiambo said.

Tusker's plea to fans

The singer encouraged his fanbase to support another budding artist, Jacob Omondi.

"Therefore, request all my Supporters to remain behind Jacob Omondi (Jakimosh wuod nyar Kambudi) and Support him to achieve his dreams in music," he added.

He drew parallels to the biblical story of Abraham's journey, where he followed God's instruction to leave for an unknown land.

"Thanks a lot everyone as you honor the will of God too, When Abraham was instructed to move to an unknown land. He just left without knowing where he was going. He just did what God commanded him to do. I thank the almighty Father for doing this to me, am now a free man, and to God be the Glory, Amen," Odhiambo continued.
