Raila Odinga's wife Ida turned a year older on Friday, August 24, and he threw her a fancy birthday party.
What happened at Ida Odinga's birthday?
The politician landed in the country from the UK just in time for Ida's special day, coinciding with their 50th marriage anniversary.
Top celebrities attended the celebrations, all dressed to impress.

Footage captured at the party depicted Prince Indah serenading Ida as Jessy acted as the MC. The couple sat at the stage of the venue on classy white chairs.
“Baba will also sing for Mama a birthday song," Jessy said, amusing the guests.
Raila serenaded Ida as she lovingly looked at him.
Winnie Odinga broke the norm by dumping her tomboy looks for a black dress.
Ida looked regal in a patterned top and skirt with golden accents. She looked gorgeous as her makeup was on point. Baba donned a blue outfit with black casual loafers.
Guests included Babu Owino, Danstan Omari, Edwin Sifuna, Akothee and Eric Omondi.
Ida then cut the cake, and the dance floor was officially opened.
All the guests stood up as Raila and Ida romantically danced together, with the former having a wide grin as he admired her.
Ida's children united to donate towards her foundation and raised a whopping KSh 1 million.
"Mum, we love you and will always be there for you. Thank you for everything," Winnie said, flanked by Raila Junior, his wife and Rosemary.
