Superstar aka Mzee Wa Kigirimi is the talk of Sengerema in Tanzania after deciding to use his car to transport various products instead of carrying passengers or using it for pleasure.

Superstar's car needs spare parts from time to time

Superstar bought his beloved Mark II salon car 22 years ago and has been carrying goods for various clients for five years now.

At the time, such cars were not very expensive compared to the current prices. he bought his car at KSh 170,000. Apart from needing a change of spare parts from time, Superstar said that it has served him well.

"I transport goods from our town to villages that are 90km, 60 km and 20 km away. Sometimes I travel at night so that I can work more. I also avoid some people who may demand bribes along the way," he said.

Superstar dreams of owning a lorry

"I dream of owning a Canter or Fuso lorry one day so that I can do more work to feed and educate my family," said the father of nine.
