Brian Chira's grandmother has spoken for the first time about her grandson's untimely death. She sobbed uncontrollably during his funeral.

How did Brian Chira die?

An eyewitness who helped Chira before he met his untimely death revealed he found him outside an entertainment joint in Kiambu county.

He said he arrived at the establishment around 2:53am on March 16. Chira asked him to help him.

He offered to give him a lift, and together, they took a boda boda home. He alleged that after arriving at his destination, Chira alighted, and while crossing the road, he was hit by a speeding vehicle.

He narrated how the accident happened, sharing details of the vehicle involved.

"A white canter hit him before speeding off. The boda boda rider also sped off, leaving me stranded. Before Chira was hit, he screamed. Aliturn akaona gari imemfikia (he turned and saw the vehicle was near) and then completely went silent," he narrated.

Were Brian Chira's postmortem results accurate?

In her recent TikTok live with Obidan, Nyako, and a few other TikTokers, where he accused Baba T of misusing money contributed towards her grandson's funeral, Chira's grandma revealed the postmortem results took longer than expected.

Baba Talisha went live on TikTok on March 29, a few days after Chira's burial, and shared the goner's postmortem results, a move that elicited mixed reactions.

"Niliambiwa na askari Brian aligongwa na gari akakuwa na internal bleeding lakini hiyo postmoterm results ilikaa sana before it was released (I was told by the police that Brian was hit by a car and had internal bleeding, but the postmortem results took a long time before they were released)," he said.

The elderly grandma said she was convinced someone was behind her grandson's death.

"Nilipewa. Sikusoma. Kuna kitu inafichwa siambiwi ukweli. Lakini nimesikia kuna mtu anafanya uchunguzi hadi wamejua nani aliua Chira. Sijui nani aliua Brian na hata kama ni accident huyo mtu alimgonga na gari anafaa kushikwa (I was given the results and I didn't interpret them. Something is being hidden, the truth is not being told. But I've heard that someone is investigating until they find out who killed Chira. I don't know who killed Brian. Even if it was an accident, the person who hit him should be arrested)," she said.

She said she had given TikTokers, among them, Obidan, the go-ahead to investigate her grandson's death.
