An eyewitness from Elgeyo Marakwet has come forward to narrate what he saw moments before the helicopter carrying General Francis Ogolla crashed.
He joined the list of trending Kenyans after sharing how the KDF soldiers chased them away after the incident happened.

The man claimed that he and his people witnessed when the helicopter landed in their area as they were working at around 10 am.
The man described how the chopper's propeller wasn't moving, and they thought it was preparing to land.

Youthful photographer Frankford Karanja Mogire emerged alive from the helicopter wreckage after the tragic crash.
Unfortunately, Chief of Defence Forces Francis Omondi Ogolla lost his life in the same aircraft accident which happened on Thursday, April 18.
According to reports, Karanja is receiving medical care at Eldoret Regional Hospital.
