Chavakali Student Shares How KarehB's Son Taught Him To Show Appreciation: "He Gifted Mum Flowers"

Young Joe Mwadulo, the Chavakali High School student who died in a road accident, has been buried in Embu county.

Mwadulo's schoolmates showed up to stand with the family and bid him goodbye.

The body of Mugithi singer KarehB's son was ferried to Embu for burial.

The young boys touched the hearts of many when they carried the body of the basketball enthusiast to the car as they headed to the funeral service.

How Joe Mwadulo took care of mum KarehB

During the service, they were given a chance to pay tribute to the fallen basketball player. A student who was Mwadulo's pal opened up about their friendship.

He revealed their closeness and how they impacted each other's lives. The student said:

"Joseph Mwadulo, you will go with many names given to him under different circumstances. Joe was a friend to many throughout the three years we have known him. He loved what he did and did it to the best of his ability. He put a smile on every single face he crossed. Dulo genuinely cared for us. Even though his death caught us by surprise, we will forver cherish the memories we shared. Thank you for sharing your life with us."

The student recalled when the late 16-year-old would get his mum flowers as a sign of appreciation.

"I remember when one time we were talking, he said that... you know, as friends, we wanted to help and perfect each other whenever we went wrong. As for me, I wasn't good at showing appreciation to my family and other people who cared for me. So Mwadulo gave me one instance where he was in class five. He told me that anytime he would come from school, he would pass by somewhere and pluck flowers and give them to his mum. I was like, boys, we don't do such. He told me it was necessary to show people we love that we care," the student added.

KarehB breaks down after viewing son's body

In a video shared by Karangu Muraya, the young mum was smartly dressed in a dark blue dress to escort her son on his final journey, and all was well until she reached the casket accompanied by her kin.

When she reached the casket, she broke down, wailing loudly, and had to be held.

After trying her best, the devastated mum finally fell on the ground, wailing with the pain only a mum in that kind of predicament can understand.
