"This young man recently completed rehabilitation and has now started his life in the house provided for him. He hasn’t yet taken up the job offered by the Member of Parliament. They want to give him that job so he can continue working, but the MP usually takes care of everything, including paying rent and providing food. However, if he’s not closely monitored, he might return to the streets and start drinking alcohol again."
