Kikuyu and Mugithi artistes came in numbers and stole the show at the burial of KarehB's son, Joe Mwadulo, who sadly died in a road accident in Kisumu about a week ago.

Which musicians sang at Joe Mwadulo's burial service?

MC Jim Kajim had the musicians paraded on stage for all to see and a special mixtape with all their songs had been prepared for them to use during the service.

Each time a particular song started playing, the owner would sing along and then tell something to the congregation.

Among the musicians at the event included Kamso, Joyce Wamaa, Mike Rua, Steve Rodgers, and Sir Elvis; all belted out the best songs to the congregation and their fans were seen periodically dancing to the numbers belted out by the beloved musicians.

Kamso went the extra mile and danced to a popular hit song by Extra Musica, and went on to dance all the way to the ground.

"The music we have created together carries the essence of our bond, and today, as we say goodbye to your son Joe, we stand together as a testament to your strength and courage. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, dear friends," said musician Jose Gaturura.

Another story showed students from Chavakali Boys High School appeared at the mortuary and helped to carry the body, cross and photo.

The devastating loss of Mwadulo, a student at Chavakali High School, in a recent road accident left his family shattered.

A Facebook post made by Mwadulo's mother, days before the fatal accident moved many as it questioned why there was no dialogue with young boys.
