A man is seething in rage after his wife boiled a kilogram of beef liver instead of wet-frying it.

Why did man expose wife?

Sharing his disappointment via social media, the man ranted that his wife should have let him cook the famous delicacy.

In the 14-second clip, the man stirred and tilted the pot to reveal the thick and chunky pieces cooking.

Despite being commonly tender, the liver does not appear table-ready and seems to have been tastelessly boiling for a while.

"Weh, weh, weh! The liver is boiled! You should have, at least, told me to prepare it myself," he said.

According to some netizens, the method was ill-advised as it made the liver lose its natural juices, resulting in a flavourless taste.

Others, however, accused the man of being picky and petty.
