Kenyan Mum Tearfully Begs Gov't To Help Secure Kids After Divorcing Italian Husband: "lt's Hell"

Jacque Favour, a Kenyan model and singer living in Roma, Italy, has painfully asked the government to help secure her kids from her estranged hubby so she can bring them home.

The couple separated in 2016

In a TikTok video, Jacque shared that she had been in Italy for over ten years, and it was allegedly hell on earth for her.

"I lived in hell with this man and later got separated in 2016 because he was very aggressive and never wanted to provide for the family. I went to live under protection for some months so that the criminal court could settle.

"He beat me with my daughter in my hands, and we almost died. He was arrested after the first, second and third appeal and later sentenced. In 2022, he changed the residence of my kids because he wanted to get money from the government," she alleged.

The case ended up with the authorities, and the loving mum of two said the social assistant said she never met her kids.

"I went through the case and emerged the winner. My daughter went for the psychological test, and the therapist said she was okay. Her teacher wrote a letter saying that my daughter just feared the dad," said Jacque.

Jacque gets KSh 85k evaluation

The court then decided that they should go for an evaluation test. The first time, she paid KSh 85,000 (600 euros), and the second time, the caring mum paid a similar amount. During both times, she said she was reportedly discriminated against and violated.

"The kids are 18 and nine years old, and they needed me to pay KSh 50,000 (350 euros). I asked them to reconsider because I am a single mum but they refused," said the model.

"The evaluator said I am irregular and the daughter has to be given to the father or taken by the government. Remember he is violent and a former convict," she alleged.

Jacque owns property in Kenya

Jaque went to a psychologist and psychiatrist, and the test cleared her.

"Just because I refused to do the KSh 45,000 test, my daughter has been taken from me. I have used a lot of money and been to court more than 50 times," said Jacque.

"Please my government, I am only a single mother who only lives here to defend her kids. Otherwise, I have land, job and a house in Kenya. I am here to protect my kids. For the last 10 years, I have been with the police, lawyer and the court just because I am a woman of colour," she added.

Kenyan lady returns with kids

In another story, a lady returned home after spending eight years abroad and came back with cute-looking children.

The lady was said to have travelled abroad when she was single but later got married and had three kids.

It was a moment of joy when she returned home with her offspring to a warm welcome from her family.
