"After the interview, I called my husband that I was on my way home. Moments later, a neighbour called me and asked me where I was. I told her I was on my way home, and she hang up," shared the mother of four.
"As I was crossing the road to go pick a matatu, I saw a woman selling kids' clothes, and I picked one for Johnny and one for Steve. Those clothes are still in my bag. I then boarded the matatu, and the neighbour called again; this time, she broke the news of the fire," added Mauline in an interview with Paxson TV.
