Melody Sinzore Emotional As Fans Gift Her New Bible, Live Chicken To Celebrate Her Birthday

Renowned radio presenter Melody Sinzore shed tears of joy after fans made her feel loved as she celebrated her birthday.

Apart from numerous M-Pesa and birthday messages, the songbird was emotional when two fans went over and beyond to put a smile on her face.

What fans gifted Melody Sinzore

She told TUKO.co.ke that the first, a farmer, brought her a live chicken, a tray of eggs, and a jug of milk to her workplace.

"The young woman also brought a pack of gizzards that she told me to cook on my birthday dinner," she said.

When Melody was still absorbing the previous evening's news, the security guard informed her that another guest was at the gate.

She admits being apprehensive because she wasn't expecting the surprise guest but asked the guard to let her in.

Melody spends every birthday in church

To her surprise, the fan had travelled from Kikuyu to bring her a new Bible, which made her break down because of her close relationship with God.

Melody disclosed that the gift meant the world to her because she had planned to buy a Bible, and her prayer was answered on her birthday.

"One thing many people do not know about me is that I spend the night in church on all my birthdays and at the start of every year, regardless of whether I am at work or holiday," she said.

On days she is out of Nairobi for radio outreach shows, she prays in the nearest church before joining her colleagues after midnight.

Melody wakes up at 3am to go to work

According to her, the annual prayers before entering those two new chapters in life have brought her the far she is.

She thanked her fans for the overwhelming love, adding that it gives her the strength to push through difficult days.

"Waking up at 3 am daily is no mean feat, but it has never been a challenge because I know I'm accomplishing my purpose," she added.

Melody's co-host, Vincent Ateya, celebrated her day by singing a birthday song live on air and treating her to dinner.

Busia fan gifted Melody shirt as souvenir

In August 2023, Melody Sinzore was dumbfounded after a fan removed his shirt and presented it to her as a souvenir.

The duo met in a location with no shops, making it impossible for the man to buy a gift.

He quickly figured it would be an unforgettable gesture if he handed over his shirt and returned home in a vest as a heartfelt display of admiration for his idol.
