"Reporting to the police on phone, the panic-stricken caretaker at Executive Apartment within Kadzandani area explained how he saw a fellow human land on the cabros of his workplace, only to realise it was one of his tenants," said the police.

Police toured the scene and got the man's wife's account of events.

She revealed that;

"I heard a knock at their door, and as I went to answer it, my husband, who peeped from the bedroom window, flung to the balcony and flew all the way down."

The friends, on learning of the thud, also scampered away.

"Realising what had just happened, the then confused "friends" scampered away like terrified rats before curious neighbours, most of whom watched in dismay from the periphery, had a chat with them," police said.

The man who broke his limb in the commotion was rescued from the scene and taken to hospital.

Police immediately mounted their search for the mysterious friends.
