A man has taken to social media to lament that his newly married wife is too demanding.

He started by explaining that he doesn't want to say he regrets his marriage but wishes to take a break from the union.

Marriage is only 6 months old

Kezieblog Chi indicated that he needed to rest his head somewhere before his wife killed him.

"Our marriage is only six months old, but what I’m going through makes me feel like I’ve been married forever," he wrote.

At first, she told him she didn’t want them to delay childbirth, something he didn't give much thought to until the demands started coming.

Due to her demanding nature, he can't risk walking around the house unclothed because it triggers her, so he sleeps in shorts and a singlet.

Hubby requested break

He revealed that she collects before he wakes up in the morning and evening when he returns from work.

"Immediately I come from the bath, she’ll collect it because I’m looking fresh. When she joins me in bed, she’ll collect it," he complained.

There are nights when the woman insists she cannot sleep, forcing him to continue.

According to him, it happened for two weeks straight, to the extent that his kinky didn’t respond.

"I told her, “We’ve done enough. You should be pregnant by the end of the month. Let’s take a break,” he continued.

Wife is adamant hubby must discharge his duties

When he couldn't rise to the occasion, she came with baby oil and offered a massage to help him.

Days ago, she came home with plenty of herbs, ground them on a stone, and gave them to him.

"She said, 'drink a tort in the morning and a tort in the evening to recharge. You’re becoming weak these days',” he asserted.

When he complained bitterly, the wife told him that even if he died, he would have to resurrect to discharge his "God-given duties.”

Expert opinion on the matter

According to counsellor Jennifer Kiarie, there is something abnormal in the man's wife as she is obsessed with romance and seems to be struggling with psychological and religious issues.

"This can be deduced not just from the extreme frequency of her needs but from her statement that the man would have to resurrect to do her "God-given" duties," she started.

She posits that whereas frequency between a couple can indicate a healthy marriage, anything to the extreme is unhealthy.

The counsellor added that the frequency should be voluntarily agreed upon between the two parties.

"So, the man should understand that he is dealing with a potentially psychologically ill person or someone who is into some weird religious affiliation," she concluded.

Man learns about own wedding hours before ceremony

In other news, when Stephen Kyalo told his girlfriend they could not afford a wedding, she told him to shun the idea of only going for prayers as a marriage rite.

She began planning the wedding of her dreams, then got her church and workmates to help fund it.

Stephen didn't even know the woman was planning a wedding; he thought he was going for a ruracio only to be told it was his wedding, which his girlfriend had financed.
