Neno Evangelism founder Pastor James Ng'ang'a has expressed his disappointment with the current government, which he had previously endorsed.

The clergyman had supported the Kenya Kwanza administration and once urged patience towards President William Ruto.

Why did Pastor Ng'ang'a withdraw support for Ruto?

However, his stance has shifted following allegations by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) that he was implicated in illegal land acquisition.

In a recent video, Pastor Ng’ang’a expressed his grievances, comparing the current administration unfavourably with its predecessor.

He expressed gratitude towards former president Uhuru Kenyatta

"I thank God for Uhuru Kenyatta. You complained he was a drunkard, but he is better 100 times. Take me where you want to take me. When people tried to grab this land, Uhuru made just one call. Today, you leaders claim this is not a church land, and you have been seeing this church.
Now you are voting no. Vote against me and come and take it. You have become so powerful that you want to challenge my God. Wait and see; I will cut you into pieces. I will send nuclear. It will split you," he said in a video shared by Plug TV.

What Pastor Ng'ang'a said about the land

The renowned preacher asked Ruto's administration to leave his church's land and stop harassing him or suffer the consequences.

In a video shared on TikTok by @simplysirchuti, the tough-talking preacher warned the government officials that what will befall them will be a lesson to anyone in the future who may want to frustrate a man of God.

He claimed he bought his land from the Central Bank of Kenya, and whoever wanted it should give him KSh 10 billion.

The controversial preacher said his frustrations hurt him as he recalled struggling to purchase it.
