"Its so painful kukaa na mtu unapenda akiwa hivi. Hawajui," Racheal expressed, her voice breaking with sorrow.
"Si rahisi kuwa na mtu unapenda akiwa in this situation," Racheal articulated

She described the anguish of seeing him in pain every day and the toll it takes on her mental and emotional well-being.

Despite her resilience, she admitted to feeling drained and traumatized by the relentless cycle of caregiving.

Racheal Otuoma laments mistreatment from inlaws

Initially, Rachel came out to lament the mistreatment she is facing from her in-laws.

The TikToker went live via her TikTok page, where she called out Otuoma's family for neglecting their ailing son and faulted them for never visiting him since he got sick.

Otuoma is suffering from motor neurone disease, also popularly known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), which weakens muscles and impacts physical function.

While on the live video, Rachel dismissed her in-law's claims that she was only married to their son because of his money.
