After a troublesome past, the duo expresses nothing but a wish to make amends with a lover.

The song, produced by Floyd "John GQ" Barrett of Fams House Music and Producer Sean Alaric, is a light song with catchy melodies and rhythms that combine English, Swahili, and Patois lyrics.

G Whizz noted that he loved his collaboration with the Kenyan musician. He said:

“I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Wyre on this song, especially since it is my debut Afrobeat-inspired music. The track has a captivating groove that's sure to get people dancing, but it also carries an important message about forgiving a lover, letting go of a troublesome past and moving forward.”

When is Wyre releasing new music?

In an exclusive with TUKO.co.ke, Wyre revealed that the collaboration set the tone for his upcoming music.

"Because we are both dancehall performers, the procedure was easy. Releasing this project establishes the mood for my impending EP release later this year."

The Kenyan singer revealed that working with the Jamaican artiste was a dream.

G Whizz's debut East African effort, She Violate Remix, unites Kenya and Jamaica and releases it to a global audience.
