However, things worsened when Chira’s grandmother bashed the influencer.

The drama began when Brian Chira's grandmother teamed up with blogger Obidan Dela and went live on TikTok, claiming Baba T had misappropriated the money raised for her after her grandson's death. The older woman accused Baba T of controlling everything.

She claimed her phone was taken away and returned to her a few days after Chira's burial. These accusations irked Baba T, who threatened to sue the elderly lady.

The father of one went live to clear the air, denying all the allegations against him. Baba T said he was shocked by the claims, accusing Chira's granny of lying to Kenyans.

He said all the money was being sent to her pay bill, and she kept checking to confirm that she had received it.

Baba T held a Q&A session on Instagram, and fans asked about his current relationship with Chira's grandma.

"Have you forgiven Chira's grandmother and everyone who dragged you into that mess?" posed a fan.

Baba T responded by saying that he had put the incident behind him.

"I moved on with my life. I helped where I could and did what I did. I hold no grudges, and it helps me mentally. I forgive and forget."

Baba T further said that everything happens for a reason and insisted on the importance of prayer.

"God will always take control of everything."

He also admitted that Chira’s grandmother had invited him to her housewarming party, but he did not show up.
