She expressed her anguish and confusion over her son's demise in such a fashion.

Wambui was optimistic her son was alive after reports emerged that the 11-year-old was safely evacuated from the burning dormitory.

Wambui mentioned that a friend saw Robinson being led to the fire assembly point.

How did Robinson disappear?

The students were given blankets to shield themselves from the cold. However, after that moment, the youngster was never seen again.

Robinson’s mother had issued a heartfelt plea for anyone with information to come forward, but her hopes were dashed with the confirmation of his death.

This tragic development has left Robinson's family in shock as they had been holding on to hope that the young boy would be found alive.

A total of 156 boys resided in the dormitory, all of them boarders.

Despite efforts to evacuate and rescue as many students as possible, 21 did not survive, including Robinson.

The school, families, and community members remain devastated by the loss of so many young lives, and questions about the cause of the fire and evacuation procedures persist.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the affected families during this incredibly difficult time.
