A video of Kenyan women crying online to earn pricey TikTok gifts has cracked up netizens, drawing hilarious reactions from amused users.

In the video shared on the social media app, the women can be seen crying in no order as the host of the live calls for active participation and voting from people in the comment section.

“Comments section lets go,” notes Faith Peter, who hosted the live.
“I am not saying I have a headache; I swear I do not have a headache,” one of the ladies participating in the competition can be heard amidst her cries.

Kenyans react to women crying on TikTok live

Following the video's virality, Kenyans flooded the comment section, expressing surprise and amusement at the extent to which people can reach to make money.

“Asking as a concerned Zambian, is everything okay in Kenya?” posed Monica Lahima in a rather cunning tone.

Abryanz noted that:

“You gotta love Kenya.”

Shykock, who was in the live, shared details, noting that everyone earned something after crying.

“I was in this live, and the best part is that everyone earned money afterward,” she stated.

Robai Sharon said:

“Kuna mambo hii Kenya (A lot is happening in Kenya),"

Some users made fun of the video, asking when the next competition will be held for them to join.

“When is the next session so that I join?” Blessed Brayo stated.
“Call me when you have one for laughing,” Pinta wrote.

Pastor Narcos also asked to be included in the next session, saying:

“Invite me when you have the next competition, I feel like this is where I belong.”

Joyce Kupukayi said:

“Are you guys okay there in Kenya? We are getting concerned.”

Bishop Kiengei amuses Kenyans after viral audio

In other news reported by TUKO.co.ke, a clip made rounds online showing Bishop Ben Kiengei teasing his wife, reverend Joy Benson, as she entered their church.

The congregation burst into laughter when he referred to his wife as ‘wakindukulu’, marking his first public address following a leaked viral audio that had him and his wife in the spotlight.

The audio was between one of the women who attends their church and another claiming the bishop was having an affair with a renowned businesswoman.

Kiengei warned his congregants against confiding in friends with sensitive information, adding that some personal secrets are best left unsaid.
