Nominated senator Karen Nyamu has gone viral after a woman covered her with a leso while on a podium in Nyandarua county.

Nyamu visits Nyandarua

Nyamu, known for her controversial life, was in Nyandarua accompanying Nyandarua MP Wairimu Gitau.

Gitau opened a special needs school, and Nyamu revealed that she delivered some amenities.

She wrote:

"I accompanied Nyandarua woman rep Hon Faith Wairimu Gitau, mamii mwega wa Nyandarua to Ndaragua Primary school as she opened a special needs children’s classroom, delivered water tanks, football kits, sanitary towels etc to schools across Nyandarua County It’s always a great pleasure to see the positive impact of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund to the community."

Nyamu had rocked a black dress with a high cut, and while addressing the crowd in Nyandarua, a woman approached her on the podium.

The lady covered the senator with a leso. Nyamu was all smiles while the woman covered her with a leso and captioned the snap:
