Prominent Kenyan lawyer Collins Wanderi has warned financially struggling men to remain loyal to their partners and avoid cheating.

In a strongly worded message, Wanderi emphasized that it is "bad manners" for men without adequate resources to indulge in infidelity.

He says that if a man doesn't have adequate resources to spoil his woman, he should be decent and demonstrate the highest level of loyalty and honour to her.

Wanderi criticized men who, despite being financially dependent on their partners, engage in relationships with other women.

"Do not double-deal or cheat on a woman who perseveres with your poverty," he advised in a recent statement.

Wanderi described such behaviour as disrespectful and dishonourable, especially towards women who support their partners despite their financial hardships.

According to him, it is bad manners for a man to admire other women when he can't even take care of the one who tolerates his scarcity.

His comments come in response to what he describes as a disturbing trend in Nairobi's Marriage and Divorce Court.

Wanderi indicates that the number of financially struggling men facing legal action for infidelity is alarmingly high.

He worries about the increasing number of cases involving "loafers and freeloaders" who fail to exhibit loyalty despite being cared for by their partners.

"Statistics from the Family Division this year are shocking," Wanderi noted, pointing out that most of the culprits are men under 40, born after 1984.

Wanderi's remarks have sparked conversations on social media, with many praising his candidness.
