Kenyans Recount Miraculous Escapes From Near-Death Experiences After Londiani Accident

A tragic matatu accident recently occurred in Londiani, claiming several lives, including that of the driver.

Among the survivors is Mr Daniel Osieko, who astoundingly walked out of the wreckage despite sitting beside the driver.

Survivor recounts coming out of wreckage through windscreen

The horrifying accident has sparked memories for other Kenyans who have survived similar near-death experiences.

One such testimony came from Hermon Omondi, who recounted a terrifying accident in 2003 along the Eldoret-Kisumu road.

Omondi revealed that he miraculously survived despite the fatalities around him.

“I came out through the windscreen too, and it appeared like the woman on my left and the driver on my right had also died,” he shared.

How near-death accident reinforced man's belief in God

In another testimony, Dennis Osogo recalled an incident where he survived a near-death accident.

Osogo revealed that they were on a church mission when their vehicle lost control and veered off into the thicket.

He added that surviving what seemed like his last day on earth reinforced his belief in divine protection.

“These are some of the things that make me believe the Word of God about our lives even more. He gives His angels charge over our lives," he said.

Mr Osieko was deeply rooted in God, friend says

A close friend described the survivor, Mr Osieko, as a man of deep faith with a history of inspiring others through his spiritual leadership.

Dennis Onam, a fellow teacher and Anglican lay reader, shared his astonishment and gratitude about the incident.

Onam recounted how Osieko had visited his home multiple times as a guest speaker at their church, even bringing his wife along.

Osieko has also delivered sermons to the students at Nyagoko School, where he has served as the Christian Union Patron and Guidance and Counseling Master for several years.
