Amid grief and hardship, Rosemary Muthoni, wife of the late Francis Nemyjuma, has welcomed a new life into the world.

Rose delivered a healthy baby boy days after her husband's passing following a brave battle with cancer.

The grieving widow shared a heartbreaking Facebook post announcing her husband's demise after a long battle with illness.

"You promised not to break the bond, but your people are already breaking it. I am alone and scared," read part of the message.

Rose lamented that while her late hubby cared about their children, no one seems bothered about her situation.

Francis, who was a beloved member of the community, received overwhelming support from many during his illness.

Teacher Divinar Ogari told TUKO.co.ke that Rose was heavily pregnant while caring for their two-year-old child and tending to her ailing husband.

The burden she carried was immense, often making late-night hospital visits, even as her pregnancy progressed.

One particularly harrowing night, Francis experienced convulsions and she was left alone to manage the situation.

Despite all of this, Rose remained steadfast, showing remarkable strength and resilience.

With a newborn and a young child to care for, she is now facing the future without her partner, as Francis is yet to be laid to rest.
