Tanzania - A woman has expressed her bittersweet emotions after giving birth for the second time.

Prisca Maganga gave birth to four newborns at the Consolata Hospital of Ikonda in Makete District, Tanzania.

How many girls did Prisca Maganga deliver?

The mother gave birth through a successful operation to three beautiful girls and one handsome boy.

It was the second time she was giving birth through an operation, but she did not disclose how many kids she delivered.

"I was not expecting to give birth to many kids at once. I was expecting to deliver one child, but when I came to deliver, I was told I had quadruplets," she said.

Maganga opens up on child's health issue

Maganga noted that one child has a challenge and needs an operation but cannot be operated anytime soon.

She was told the child needed to grow a bit more before the operation could be done to avoid any complications.

"They said the child, who came out last, has something in the stomach. I was appealing to the government to help me fend for the little ones because it was already a burden as I expected to have only one child. My husband is not financially stable and has challenges in his workplace. The newborns need diapers and baby formula, which is expensive," she said.
