"Flying KQ was the most powerful motivation for the 2024 KCSE top-grade candidates. So powerful is the lure that it has driven competition to a whole new level amongst other girls to secure the next flight in 2025.
After touching down at JKIA, the 10 girls, in the company of the class dean, Yvonne Gumaiya, the director of studies, Mr William Rakamah, and the chaperone, Oumah Otienoh, are first scheduled to meet key stakeholders in the Ministry of Education," part of the post read.

Ng'iya Girls students to meet Julius Migos

The young girls were expected to receive VVIP treatment throughout their two-night stay in Nairobi, courtesy of the school's head, Hellen Masengeli.

She said the girls would be chauffeured from the airport and served dishes in top-flight hotels.

"They would then meet Julius Migos, the Cabinet secretary of the Ministry of Education, at Jogoo House - a real taste of elegance. This irresistible reward system is to spur learners to great academic performance at KCSE as it's earned through consistently being at the top of the class," the post added.

Ng'iya Girls High School is in which county?

The Siaya county-based school shared a picture of the staff members with the students, who looked happy to board the flight.

The girls looked smart in their stunning-looking uniforms and had backpacks as they prepared to enter the aeroplane.
