Pastor James Ng'ang'a, known for his straightforward preaching style, has made headlines after ejecting a man from his crusade for recording him.

During the event, the man stood among the congregation, focusing his phone on Ng'ang'a as he preached from the podium.

Why was Pastor Ng'ang'a angry with phone recorder?

Noticing the distraction, Pastor Ng'ang'a addressed the man directly, explaining that his focus on recording would hinder his ability to engage with the word of God.

The preacher then instructed the man to leave the event.

"You’ll be too focused on capturing me, not the message. I love you, but I won’t tolerate this behaviour. This is my crusade, and I’ve paid for the field. Get him out. Please leave," Ng'ang'a said in a video shared by Nairobi Gossip Club.

Pastor Ng'anga tells Gachagua's critics to keep off church

Previously, the pastor issued a stern message to residents of the Mt Kenya region who are against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

During a packed service, Ng'ang'a expressed his discontent with those calling for Gachagua’s removal.

He appealed to the residents to let the DP smoothly complete his five-year term before unseating him.

The outspoken preacher went further, declaring that anyone opposed to the deputy president should refrain from attending his church.

Ng'ang'a urged the residents to look for other methods rather than dumping the second in command.
