Nkululeko Dlamini, aka the King of Squats, has finally landed in Kenya for a riveting show for people who love engaging in fitness.

Can King of Squats help grow Nyash?

The King of Squats is a fitness trainer and former soccer player who took the internet by storm with his squat videos.

Through his exercises, the King of Squats is known to help women grow their glutes naturally and keep fit.

Some people have argued that he can truly help people grow Nyash through his moves, which have caused a stir on social media.

In some of his videos, the famous instructor is seen teaching squats during a Spirit of Praise Christian event with Bishop Benjamin Dube after other gospel singers had performed.

Where will King of Squats perform?

The fitness trainer arrived in Kenya on September 17, ready for an outdoor event slated for September 21 from 9am to 1pm at the Waterfront in Karen.

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Harriet of the RDF Gym said the instructor would share a stage with Ericko, Benkuat Fit from Tanzania and Papa Joseph Rogarow from Kenya.

Attendees are expected to pay KSh 1000 for children and KSh 2500 for adults, with charges going up at the gate.

Some of the expected activities include Katabox, Zumba, Rhumba and squats.

Biggets bodybuilding event in Eldoret

In 2023, The Mr & Miss East Africa Natural Bodybuilding Contest offered competitors monetary rewards totalling upwards of KSh 2.5 million.

The event, which has garnered support from several sponsors, drew over 300 participants from across East Africa.

This year's competition marks the event's second edition, building on the success of the inaugural contest held at Rupa'z Fun N Fitness Center.
