Comedian Akuku Danger has lost his younger sister, who was ailing from sickle cell anaemia.

In a heart-wrenching post, Akuku announced the untimely passing of his beloved little sister.

The devastating news was shared with fans through a post on his Facebook page.

"Woke up to the saddest news. My small siz went to be with the Lord last night. Like Me, she was born with sickle cell disease and she succumbed to it. Rest well, warrior."

The post included a video of the bubbly young girl joyfully dancing.

Within moments of the post going live, an outpouring of support and condolences flooded the comments section as fans rallied around the actor during this difficult time.

Akuku Danger admitted to hospital

On Thursday, December 30, 2021, TUKO.co.ke reported that the Churchill Show comedian was admitted to hospital after suddenly falling ill.

Akuku Danger was admitted to the hospital and admitted to the ICU.

According to the comedian's family, he suddenly fell ill and was immediately admitted to the Nairobi Hospital.

Akuku's cousin DJ Nellix disclosed the comedian was diagnosed with pneumonia.
