Australian entrepreneur and social media influencer, Pixie Curtis, has retired at the tender age of 12, a pipe dream for many people who will still have to grind well into their 60s.

Curtis boasts KSh 19 million salary

Curtis, who threw a lavish retirement party for herself, co-founded Pixie's Fidgets company with her mum, Roxy Jacenko, in 2021.

Mothership reports Curtis' company was a multi-million dollar toy empire that designed and sold sensory toys for children who struggle to pay attention.

By 2023, Curtis' monthly earnings were estimated to be KSh 19 million (US$133,000), and she bought a Mercedes-Benz, though she wasn't old enough to drive it yet.

Family moves to Singapore

After securing a fortune, the young CEO is retiring to focus on her education in Singapore.

Jacenko proposed they over to Singapore as her husband, Oliver Curtis, currently works in the Asian country.

The family will live in a luxury apartment near Orchard Road, and Curtis and her nine-year-old brother, Hunter, will go to an international school in Singapore.

Jacenko, a socialite and founder of the Sweaty Betty Public Relations firm, basked in her anonymity in Singapore.

“I was trying to get a restaurant booking in Singapore, it was a popular place. I don’t have much trouble with that in Sydney, but in Singapore it was a matter of Roxy who? I actually found it really refreshing and a bit liberating. No one knows me there, no one has any preconceived idea of who or what I am, no one has any expectation, and best of all, no one actually cares!"

Singapore-themed bash

Curtis threw the opulent going-away party at Sydney's five-star Crown Hotel to bid farewell to her friends in Australia.

As seen in an Instagram reel, the party entailed goodie bags, floral arrangements, and delighting guests. Guests were also treated to dance performances.

Curtis included her version of a red carpet displaying her name and a three-tier birthday cake.

Her mother dubbed the whole affair, where red and white colours stood out prominently as Singaporean-themed.
