Controversial TikToker Brian Chira found himself entangled in legal trouble after allegedly sharing Azziad Nasenya's phone number and using offensive language towards her.

Following his arrest on Thursday, July 27, Chira revealed that he was subsequently suspended from Kabarak University, where he was pursuing his education.

The incident, which led to Chira's arrest, had caused a stir on social media, drawing public attention to his actions.

He was released on Monday, July 31, after posting KSh 50,000 cash bail.

Chira's suspension from university

In the latest appearance on an online show hosted by Andrew Kibe, Chira disclosed that the university suspended him after his arrest.

According to him, the institution's chief security officer delivered the suspension notice, citing that his online activities and content did not align with the university's motto of "education within the biblical perspective."

Chira's statement indicated that the university administration believed his actions contradicted the moral and ethical values they sought to uphold.

However, no official statement has been released by Kabarak University regarding his suspension.

Before his arrest, the TikToker shared an emotional clip narrating how thieves attacked him.

As he bravely recorded a video informing his fans of the ordeal, he revealed that he had been attacked and mugged at home.

The emotional video showed his bruised face, and he spoke candidly about the terrifying experience.

Despite the loss and pain, Chira expressed his unwavering faith in God, believing he would overcome this unfortunate incident.

According to the clip, the incident occurred when he was at home, and a group of individuals forcibly entered his residence.

They allegedly attacked him, inflicting injuries on his face and subjected him to a distressing ordeal.

During the invasion, the perpetrators stole valuables and belongings from his home, leaving him in shock and vulnerability.
