Nominated senator Karen Nyamu has treated her daughter to a fun-filled vacation.

Nyamu's first time using SGR

Via her Instagram stories, Nyamu shared a video where she and her daughter sat close to each other.

The mother of three rocked a cool black vest t-shirt as her daughter wore a pink t-shirt.

Nyamu disclosed it was her daughter's birthday, and she had requested that they use the SGR for their travels.

The politician noted it was their first time using the train, and she was exhilarated.

The mother of three pampered her young one with love, noting that she was a blessing.

"I boarded the SGR for the first time thanks to her. It was her birthday wish. I loved it. Happy birthday to the most talented happiest, and most loving girl. I feel too blessed being your mummy baby."

The lawmaker and her three kids recently attended her niece's pink-themed party.

Nyamu's niece Bailey's birthday was marked with pink decorations - any little girl's dream birthday.

She wore a pink ballerina dress with a pink mask that covered her eyes.

The tables were decorated with pink and white, matching the overall birthday vibe.

The big day had two cakes. One with Disney's Sofia the First's image and theme while the second one matched the rainbow.

There were giveaways at the end of the party with Bailey's name on them and Ariel's picture.

The little one seemed to be a big fan of Ariel the Little Mermaid.

Nyamu's lookalike sister, known as Sahieism on social media, penned a wonderful message for her daughter.

She wrote:
