Kennedy Rapudo Narrates Inspiration Rise From Hawker To Owning Travel Company

Amber Ray’s baby daddy Kennedy Rapudo has spoken about how he funds their luxurious lifestyle.

How does Kennedy Rapudo make money?

Rapudo drives a Range Rover, often showering Amber with luxurious gifts and exquisite holidays.

Speaking to Oga Obinna, the entrepreneur narrated his humble beginnings to making it big in the travel industry.

Rapudo said he was raised in several parts of Kenya as his mother’s work needed them to move around.

“I was born in Mombasa but was raised in different places, including Kisumu, Rift Valley and Western Kenya.”

He said he became a Nairobi hawker after finishing Form Four to make ends meet.

"I later returned home to bake bricks. I also raise chicken."

Rapudo said he later joined the university and worked as a researcher for several oil companies. In 2015, he became an entrepreneur by acquiring numerous cars under Uber.

His breakthrough came when he landed a job organising local tours for a Dutch travel company.

Rapudo, unfortunately, lost his job after COVID-19 struck, but it was a blessing in disguise.

"Afterwards, I opened my own travel company," he said, dismissing notions that he gets money through shady businesses.

However, some Kenyans were unconvinced by his explanation of his source of wealth.

“Rapudo said his travel company is the primary source of his livelihood. I think as a businessman, he could have used the opportunity to mention his tours and travel company and market it.

I have also never seen him post the tours and travel company he claims to own despite having a substantial social media presence which is good for business. I have also never seen Amber promote the alleged travel company,” reacted one lady.

In other news, Rapudo's baby mama Amber said she disliked Vera, claiming she was fake.

Amber hinted that their beef originated after their mutual friend died, but Vera did not contribute towards her funeral expenses.

Amber claimed that their friend supported Vera financially and even paid her hospital bill after she gave birth to her first child.
