President William Ruto's mother Mama Sarah Cheruiyot has attended an MP's birthday party in style in the company of her daughter-in-law.

The president's mother was spotted relishing fun times at the birthday party of Mosop MP Abraham Kirwa, who was commemorating turning a year older.

In the photos shared by the UDA lawmaker, the elderly woman, who, despite her age, ensures to make a fashion statement, stepped out in her signature sunhat during the exciting party.

Her son David Ruto's wife was also present, and they joined the other guests in celebrating the MP.

"It was a day filled with joy and happiness together with Mama Sarah Cheruiyot and her family during my birthday extension celebrations," the lawmaker said.

In a grand show of his love and devotion to his lovely spouse, the UDA MP arrived at his in-law's home in a chopper to pay the bride price in a ceremony attended by top politicians.

The wealthy politician, who was dressed in an elegant white shirt and godfather hat, sweetly showered his wife with love on their special day as the attendees watched in awe.
