Lin Li is a Chinese businessman who has a net worth of $1.3 billion. A self-made billionaire, Mr. Li accumulated his wealth through various lucrative investments. As founder and current chairman of the Shenzhen Liye Group, he holds interests in power equipment manufacturing, chemical industry, energy, real estate, biomedicine and finance. Also, through the group he is a major investor to Guangdong Development Bank, as well as the largest shareholder in Chinalion Securities Co., Ltd. A graduate of Hubei University of Technology, Lin made his career beginnings at the Bank of China in freewheeling Shenzhen.
