How did their friendship start?

DJ Bazil, an entertainer based in Lodwar Town, said he knew the late while playing music at social joints across the town.

He further said the officer's lowkey lifestyle made it hard for someone to identify him as a cop.

"He was so full of life. He attended my events. We used to have a good time together at the lounge in Lodwar Airstrip. I used to make his car playlist. He was a lover of life," he recounted.

What was Kasili's favorite music genre?

According to DJ Bazil, the late senior police officer loved music with reggae, rhumba, soul, and old school being his favorite preferences.

"I'm a lover of old-school music, which was the basis of our friendship. Kasili was also a lover of reggae and rhumba which he enjoyed so much," the DJ said.
