Gidi Celebrates Identical Twin Sisters On Their Birthday, Says Teachers Couldn't Differentiate Them

Radio presenter Joseph Ogidi alias Gidi has taken to social media to honour his twin sisters on their special day.

On Instagram, the media personality posted a photo of the twins, who were dressed identically from their outfits to their sunglasses, footwear, and wristwatches.

Gidi's message to identical twin sisters

In his message, Gidi reminisced about the twins’ striking resemblance, which is so pronounced that even their teachers struggled to tell them apart.

He extended his heartfelt wishes to them.

"I still remember vividly when they first reported to the school; the teacher could not differentiate them. I could be called from class to go calm them coz the teacher punished one n they all started crying. Happy birthday, my twin sisters. To many more Mummy and Aunty."

Gidi mourns sister's only daughter

In January 2023, Gidi painfully announced the death of his dear niece who passed on at Metropolitan Hospital in Nairobi.

According to Gidi's post on Instagram, 7-year-old Pendo was his sister's only child, and she died at the hospital.

The Patanisho host thanked the Nairobi EAST SDA Church, for the support they had accorded his sister.

Ghost stunned after Gidi finishes fish in 2 minutes

On Tuesday, May 7, Gidi and his co-host, Ghost Mulee, took their midday meal at Night’s Place, a local eatery.

The two journalists enjoyed a meal of freshly prepared Ugali paired with delicious boiled tilapia.

Gidi quickly polished off his plate, much to the amusement of his colleague, Ghost.

Despite beginning their meal simultaneously, Ghost chuckled and observed that Gidi had finished his portion in a mere two minutes.

Meanwhile, Ghost’s own serving remained untouched, just as it was presented.
