KCB Announces Over 30 New Job Openings, Qualifications With Tight Deadline: "Take The Next Step"

Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has advertised another set of job vacancies after announcing six posts on Monday, May 13.

KCB Group invited interested candidates to submit applications for over 30 job openings in various management and medium levels.

In a post shared on its official social media handle, the lender said qualified applicants must visit the career portal to apply.

However, the applicants should meet the tight deadlines for submitting their applications.

The financial service provider maintained that qualified candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Which jobs are open at KCB?

1. Senior Manager, Credit Quality, Policy, and Governance

The job holder will provide expert input, high-calibre support, and oversight to ensure the successful development, review, and implementation of Credit policies.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, professional qualifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst, KIB, CISI, Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst, and at least six years of experience in credit analysis and management.

2. Safeguarding Manager

The job holder will lead the mainstreaming of safeguarding policies and procedures throughout the KCB Foundation’s operations.

He or she must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field, professional qualifications, safeguarding-specific training, and three years of experience in safeguarding case management or five years of experience in Humanitarian/social work.

3. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

The individual will be responsible for formulating and implementing a strategy for the foundation's Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning activities.

Interested candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field, a professional qualification in monitoring and evaluation/project management, and at least two years of experience in M&E Management Information systems.

4. Manager – Lending Commercialization

The holder will deliver best in class route to market and commercial sales solutions for all new digital lending products/enhancements.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience and certification in a relevant professional body will be an additional advantage.
