"She ran out of contract and has been sleeping outside for some time," read the text inside the heartbreaking video.

The woman had a bottle of water and wore a black buibui. As seen in the video, she did not have any other possessions.

The two women begged her to follow them so they could offer her a place to stay, a bath, and a change of clothes.

Why was Kenyan woman scratching her body?

However, she adamantly refused despite them trying hard to convince her and assuring her they would not harm her.

"Why do you fear us, and we are just like you?" one woman asked the lady in buibui who was adjusting her clothes and scratching her body.

One highlighted that she was scratching herself for not showering for six days.

"Here is the car. Let us go. Do not be afraid," another said as she tried to make the homeless woman change her mind.

They asked her why she was afraid, but she remained quiet as she shook her head, rejecting their help offer.
